The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, Inc. (USISPF) and the US-India Friendship Alliance, Inc. (USIFA) are nonprofit organizations that collaborate closely to support and enhance friendship and strategic partnerships between the US and India.
US-India Strategic Partnership Forum, Inc. (USISPF) and US-India Friendship Alliance, Inc. (USIFA) are nonprofit organizations that have an affiliation agreement and close collaboration to assist the US & India and foster the US-India relationship.
Together the organizations are deeply committed to building ties between the US and India and have agreed to conduct outreach to individuals and entities who may be willing to commit their time, resources and advocacy. USISPF leverages its deep membership network to raise awareness and coordinate efforts. USIFA serves as a recipient of donor funds and distributes such funds wherever required.
Both organizations are deeply committed to building strategic alliances between the United States and India. The organizations conduct outreach to individuals and entities to commit their time and resources and be advocates of a mutually beneficial friendship. USISPF leverages its deep membership network to raise awareness and build collaborations. USIFA serves as a recipient of donor funds and is a distributor of those funds to those in greatest need.
USIFA is a New York not-for-profit corporation that was formed on February 3, 2004. On May 10, 2005, USIFA received an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) determination letter of qualification under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and is classified as a public charity under Code Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). USIFA’s mission is promotion of US-India friendship by creating and enhancing cultural, educational, and socio-economic awareness between the US and India. Its employer identification number (EIN) is 20-0711183. USIFA has adopted and adheres to a Conflict of Interest Policy.
USISPF is a Delaware non-stock corporation that was formed on July 21, 2017. USISPF is organized and operated as a business league under Section 501(c)(6) of the Code. Through its mission, USISPF is dedicated to creating the most powerful strategic partnership between the U.S. and India. On April 2, 2018, USISPF received an IRS determination letter indicating that it is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(6). Its employer identification number (EIN) is 82-2265517
USISPF is guided by its active and influential Board of Directors. USISPF has adopted and adheres to a Conflict of Interest Policy.
